Your Spiritual Body

You are a multi-layered, multi-dimensional being. Let's start there. ;)

Spirit-Mind-Body connected practices like yoga, meditation, pranayama and Spinal Energetics are excellent ways to begin experiencing and nourishing the connection with your BIG, multi-layered system.


And believe me, being able to create a tangible connection to your higher planes is mind-blowing experience. It's one thing to read about your spiritual body and soul, but to start moving or breathing in a way that produces real life effects in your body. To breathe into access points along your spine and watch as a flow of Life Force moves up your body like a wave... that's when spirituality gets real.


That's how it was for me at least. As a long time meditator and conscious manifestor, I knew the power of thought, I knew the power of emotions, and I knew and worked with the spiritual realm through meditation, subtle feeling, and visualization. I know manifestation is real, I know there are higher forces at play in my and everyone's life.


But when I began to explore how much more deeply I could connect into and embody my soul, when I began to study and create new connections to the spiritual realm, that's when a whole new level mastery began for me.

A little bit about the spiritual body...


You have a spiritual body just as you have a physical body and they both require care for your most optimal, healthy, vibrant, happiest self. Your spiritual body is the layer of your energetic field that connects into heightened states of awareness, thought, and feeling. You strengthen this body through meditation, silence, prayer and pondering on higher wisdom. When you take care of your spiritual body, that's when you find life taking on a flow. There's a rhythm and ease and an inner knowing of when to move that feels like a really beautiful dance with life. When you neglect your spiritual body, that's when life really starts to feel off and hard.


Similar to working out. If you're good at keeping your body in shape, moving around is easy versus if you were to stop taking care of your body, stop exercising, and eating well, moving around your physical body starts to feel off and hard.



Your spiritual body is a very real part of you that needs to be moved.

Just like your physical body has nerves and vessels that flow information and blood, your spiritual body has subtle energy channels, nadis, meridians, and chakras that need prana flowing smoothly through them.

Your spiritual body facilitates your connection to higher dimensions, higher states of being, peaceful emotions, increased intuition, feelings of love, and spiritual awakenings.


Moving prana into your spiritual body, nourishes it, it nourishes you, and it's the daily practices that will create a most optimized, healthy, flowing, and happy mind, body, heart, spirit, soul, and LIFE.
